The Miami Dolphins continue their amazing Free Agent Frenzy run by signing former New York Jets tight end Dustin Keller to a 1 year contract.
Dustin Keller has spent the past 5 seasons with the New York Jets and was drafted by team in the 2008 NFL Draft ( 30th overall). And since day 1 with the Jets Keller has played very solid overall with the team. During his tenure with the New York Jets Keller displayed great blocking ability at the tight end position and with him coming over to the Miami Dolphins who at the time needed a tight end they got what they were looking for.
The Miami Dolphins on Day 2 of NFL Free Agency they lost their tight end Anthony Fasano to the Kansas City Chiefs and they were looking into upgrading their tight end position and Dustin Keller was the Dolphins next option in free agency.
Keller has spent a total of seasons with the New York Jets before going to division rival the Miami Dolphins. In the 5 seasons with the team Keller has caught 241 balls for a total 2,876 yards and 17 touchdowns.
